Wii Laptop Case
What would be the best technique to build a Wii Laptop case. And don't say learn some grammar cause I DOWNLOADED SPELL CHECK! lol
That depends entirely on how much money you want to spend, how much time you want to put into it, how you want it to look, what tools you have access to and what you mean by "best". You could go the easy route and find something that just needs modified (like a briefcase) or you could get some styrene (plastic) and cut out - glue together all the pieces and make one, or if you have access to a cnc machine, you could make plans to have a really nice case. There are so many different possibilities. You should think about it a little more and maybe ask a more specific question.
Current projects:

N64 Portable (x2)

Hmm, best? You could create a design on your computer and send it off to a rapid prototyping company and spend hundreds of dollars. I'd say that would be the best, but it is extremely expensive.
How about we answer your real question of what methods we've done and what we suggest for case making, preferably on a realistic budget.
I prefer either using bent aluminum with plastic cut to match your frame or vacuum forming, although I still haven't had a truly "successful" run with my rig.
