 Are you sure you know what you're getting yourself into? I would make sure I could do it all before I worried about paying an arm and a leg for a case. Mad gangsta props to ya if you get it going. Good luck!

Have you tried checking the Yellow Pages for a fabrication shop?

EDIT

They should have one.

Your best bet for finding a local shop is the back of the phone book. There's a whole list of companies in there, all categorized by what they do. Or you could go to yellowbook.com and search in your area.

OK, I've looked online and in the phone book and I found a suprising amount of machine shops in my area. I will contact one and see if they can cut a case for me.

I'm still not having much luck... I'll just keep trying...

Hey, thanks a lot for your help, but I'd really like to see if I can get a case CNC'd before I start thinking about other methods. I was going to call around the shops in Wisconsin where Ben lives and maybe I can find the shop that made his case... Does anyone know what CNC shop Ben uses for his CNC work? Thanks again.

Latest update: I am still trying to get a case for my laptop. So far I have contacted some local colleges to see if they could help me out...so far so good. I have most of the laptop finished now; which is good since the project is due on May 19. Once again any help is appreciated.

Not posting doesn't make you a noob, ignorance, stupidity, laziness, and talking trash make you a noob. Just cause I don't post in threads doesn't mean I don't read the threads...
