SOO BRICKED DESPERATE
hey PLEASE PLEASE can someone send me the kd /directory/mdsl.bin or whatever is needed to boot into pandora
Thanks
Thanks
He who is without corrupt flash 1 cast the first brick
Well the only one I have is the stock 32MB one lol. Besides, I need to get a bigger MS if I want to play any decent gamesDSpider wrote:That High Speed sh!t is just a marketing strategy, but who knows, maybe you DO get more speed (wtf do I care ?). The Point is that it needs to be a PRO DUO. Why ? Because of the golden pin contacts (I think) and the internal architecture.
It has also been confirmed to work with 64 MB Pro Duos not just 256 MB.
Now I just have to find a decently priced battery to use after I make the Pandora

So, i seem to be having the common problem of that my battery appears to work correctly (psp boots up when inserted, and the screen turns on but is black, green light, and such), but I have yet to see the MS or wlAN lights do anything. I've tried Pandora's Box, Pandora's Easy gui 1.5, and Pandora's Jigstick + Magic Memory card maker, all without luck. I've also tried the original readme instructions, doing everything from the shell, but still no dice.
I'm assuming that this is still a memory stick problem, but i've tried on both a sandisk memory stick duo pro 4gb and a sony memory stick pro duo 1gb, with the same results. SO, this means that i still haven't gotten working files to transfer, right?
If anyone has suggestions, i would love to hear them!

Battery / Mem stick
I just sucessfully made a battery and mem stick via sodering trick and downloaded files off the next no need for psp or extra battery
(you only need a extra battery if you want to go on the road with it again but this will get you back up and running now and you can buy another battery later or convert this one back if you have good sodering skills which i dont so i just bought a discontinued batter for 25$ canadian at walmart so i dont have to mess aroudn with resodering it
THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO MADE THIS POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY "IAM"

soder
ya it works easy and resodering should work ive never tried the thing is so fricken small its hard to see.. i had to use a magnifying glass just to desoder it... i heated my sodering iron up and nudged the pin a few times trying to make the the pin britle and the pin conection cut easier... and then i used a pair of tiny side cutters to complete the cut... i then used an exacto knife to make sure the pin was indeed cut... they hardest part was getting into the battery lol mine was extra glued or something... good luck hope this helps... BTW I can guarentee 100% if the procedure is followed correctly it will work and restore the psp back to original settings....
