Amazingly, no! It stung a little bit, but it was more shock than anything else. I suppose it had the potential to be much worse, but I guess I just got lucky. That combined with MULTIPLE instances of burning cigarette embers fizzling out in that SAME EYE, it's amazing I still have perfect 20/20 vision! I suppose the fluids "disarmed" the solder ball before it could stick to/fry anything important. Kinda like how those fellas wet their feet before walking on hot coals. *shrug*THON wrote: Damn! Are you partially blind in that eye or did you only burn part of the pupil? Problems with depth perception?

I haven't gotten hurt portablizing badly enough to post here, but I have a couple others :
When I was somewhere between 9-11 (I forget which one) I fell on a concret corner and gashed me knee. Almost needed stitches and I still have a scar.
Age 13: I dicided to bring my rollerblades on a trip to the mountians (what the heck was I thinking?) Swerved of the road to avoid rear ending a car, had a scrape from my wrist to my elbow on my left arm and badly injured pride.
Age 14: I was making my Halloween costume (Bass EXE) and cutting through some cardboard. My hand slipped and I slashed my leg. I would have gotten stitches , but I didn't bother telling anyone until I asked my Mom is she could fix the hole in my pants. Still have a scar from that one.
During the summer: I went fishing, and decided to wade through 4 feet of water instead of going all the way to the end of the dock. I tried to jump into the car (very tall 15 passenger van) , slipped because I was wet, got a bad bruise on the front of the lower part of my leg. Still looks like I have the bruise but it's long since healed.
Later during that day: I tried to jump into the car again, (I forgot I had hurt my leg) slipped and banged my other leg in the same place.
A few weeks ago: I got into a fight and have possibly broke my hand.
That's all I can think of for now.

Laugh and the world laughs with you; It's inhabitants are an entirely different story.

Last week my kid sister decided it would be funny to spray me in the face with the Swiffer, no lasting damage to my eyes, but I must have looked pretty stupid flailing around and swearing while trying to find he kitchen sink.

Yeah last week I stabbed myself with an xacto knife right into my thumb. I never bled so much in my life..it looked like I killed someone. I ended up going upstairs and washing it and it was like a little cut but it just wouldnt stop bleeding. I got real light headed and nauseous...it was so weird! And all thanks to benheck and my l33t case making skills.
