Putting 4 leds in casing?

I knew it my leds aren't Burned out....

just tested them with a 9volt
all the serie together........
worked MORE than fine.......

so something is wrong......

Im 100% sure i connected the Good wire to the good place....

Maybe the RIGHT pin isn't the 5+ maybe it's the left one??....

nes facing towards me like normal...

Well, the +5V is the pin that goes outward. Just check on my picture on the other page of this topic. I have verified this. If it doesn't work, verify polarity.

what i did is i put a resistor on the 1rst led on the +

THE 4 LEDS ARE ALL IN serie... using wires
theres only 1 resistor total.... but it works GREAT on 9V.

I Just wired them & put the - to the middle pin (of the NES) & + on the right pin like you told me on the drawing (but your drawing is UPSIDE DOWN so it would be LEFT!)

... still doesn't work the nes blinks.... but the rest nothing works...

the leds are 1.9V each @30ma

I really dunno what im doing wrong im exhausted done that all day solder de-solder

well seems now i won't be able to finish it

I Soldered desoldered about 100 times....

so the 3 pin thingny where i need to connect the ''LEDS'' is tired & burned out...

So i need a new nes board (complete nes)

Ah well... i tryed all day , works just plain fine on 9v , not on the nes...... weird.....

something is wrong.
& it's not my setup

Im pretty sure i soldered it to the Good place.

Just bought a new NES tryed to do the same thing

same thing happen leds dont work

works on 9v.....

So i guess Either Not enough voltage,
or you wrongly put the + on your Drawing cause i don't see what i did wrong i just modded my Dreamcast with leds works like a charm.

Guy listen up.

LED's do not run on voltage, they run on the current running though them. You will need resisters in series at all times, except when running of a coin cell or the like.

Find the datasheet for the led you are using, find a resister calculater on the net. And ben heck is your uncle.

Also, the 5v reg is not needed for leds, my 2.6v leds happily run off 300v, they don't mind. Look in camera flashes for an example of this.
