You cannot see the screw in any of those pictures, Way to blurry ;(

Do you have something like a Dremel tool with a carbide cutting wheel? If so, you can use it to make a flathead screwdriver slot in the screw heads.

If that's not an option, get a decent metal cutting drill bit and drill the heads off. Then you can use another bit slightly larger than the shaft of the screws to drill the rest out.

I took a small drill bit, and drilled the head off. Then I left the screw shanks in for support. I will take them out and replace them eventually, but I don't know where to buy small screws like that.
