Okay here it is my completed N64 portable.... well it's not quite complete I still need to fix the controller but other than that it works perfect.
Here's the specs.
Ability to use memory pack or rumble pack or any other pack.
Can use the expansion pack (mine broke so I have to use the original)
Ability to plug in player 2,3, or four controllers for multiplayer.
Can run off wall power.
Headphone jack.
Charge jack.
First of all here's my beautiful work area Note: the two broken N64s!
Now... Here it is
That rise out of the middle of the back is for the fan, expansion pack, and the controller pack.
Here's where the player ports are
Not one of the pretties sights But that is the power switch and the wall power in thingy.
Well that's it. It's been a wild experience making this thing. All in all there weren't that many dissapointments.
Dissapointment #1: I broke 2 N64s
Dissapointment #2: I couldn't fit the batteries inside. (If I only made it an inch wider ) But I can just plug them in if neccessary
Thanks for all your help and tell me what you think
Also, without God's help with giving me the know how, the desire, etc. I could never have done it. Thanks God!

If you really need a source of plastic try going to http://www.plastruct.comdemonofaj wrote:Awesome, now if I can get my hand on some plastic, I can make some similar magic. Joking aside, awesome portable, and you have fuffiled the commandments, as you fried some other mobos. Thumbs up!

Actually I don't think I'm going to do anymore. my reasioning... I want a NES, a SNES, a SEGA, a Atari, etc. that'll cost around $400. I think I'm goin to get a GP2X for $200. Tell me if that aint wisdom.
But don't fear, I think I will make NES and Atari portables to sell locally, So there might be more who knows? I just know for sure that the N64 is hard and that they ment it on the Wiki page when they suggested it as... I quote "Not a good first portable"
