How was your day?

Well I'm sitting here waiting patiently, lurking the forums, waiting for someone to post, as some of you are probably doing too. So, how was your day?

I was sick today, so no school.

But, I didn't get to work on my project! EDIT: because my parents wouldn't let me.

Thats why they invented closets!

Ya know, that door in your room that you put your clothes in?

Basements don't have closets, so that should explain your unknowingness :P

n00b. why not just not do it and get better? Or take lots of drugs and say you're fine.

Because then you get sent back to school, or you get so drugged up you get... actually, that sounds kinda fun :P

Aw, what the hell, I feel like talking right now. My day was pretty good. I got a new pad for my futon, which is about twice as thick and a million times more comfortable.

After that, I talked to my advisor about transferring schools. I'm happy because I'll be able to stay at my current school for another year or so (I love my school and all, but they don't have a dedicated Computer Science major, just one mixed with math)

Also, I finally figured out a good place to keep my xm antenna in my new room (new room is on the north side of the building, antenna needs to point south, but it somehow makes it through the door and hallway and still picks up a good signal)

Overall, it's a good day today :)

Don't you have to pay for XM?

And cmon, you've had that Christmas linux for a year and a half. At LEAST.

Have you ever attempted/built a portable?

Got up at 6:00 today. Had two tests. Finished a Physics Lab. I think the only reason I am still able to type is the massive amount of caffeinated beverages I've had today. :|

Yes. I built a SNESp. I finished it LOOONG ago. I used in total 4 SNES's and 2 screens. I destroyed one of my 2 batteries for it, and had to get a new one. I chopped up at least 4 controllers making the controller boards.

And I was sick of it. I wasted so much money that I would have rather spent saving for a car, if I had known that a year ago.

But it doesn't have a case. That's going to be made really soon.

Hmm... I didn't have class today, but I went to my friend's house for poker night. How did I do? Let's just say "good thing we were only playing with chips". :(
