People say you can visit your friends dreams, but i have a REAL hard time beleiving that. Anyways if someone doesnt know what or how to lucid dream, then this will help you: http://www.web-us.com/lucid/luciddreamingFAQ.htm

Oh…

I've seen so many discussions about lucid dreaming, but I haven't managed it. Apparently it just takes a crapload of time and effort.

I've had a handful of lucid dreams. Just try to think of nothing but lucid dreaming while falling asleep.

I have a better topic idea: If in a lucid dream, what would you do?

yeah, i also heard chocalote makes you dream, which makes it easier to do it. I plan to try it.

thanks for the info, and what WOULD you do if you were in a lucid dream? I would fly, lol, i also heard chocalote makes you have adult fantasy dreams tho. lol

I have lucid dreams all the time, it just sorta happens with me. Lucid dreaming is good if you're prone to nightmares

The visiting other peoples dreams bit is BS. Lucid dreaming is to do with maintaining, to an extent, some of your concious control when aswell. Now I could get into neurotransmitters and some specific chemicals but to make it easier just think of it like this:

The opposite of sleep walking.

I have a feeling Lucid dreaming isnt worth the amount of sleep you'll lose. If you're semi-conscious, then you're not really replenishing your chemicals too fast, if at all, anymore.

Yes, you are. You actually complete the associative mind map for th eday while sleeping, less than you "replenish chemicals". if you mean tissue repair, yes that is accelerated while asleep.

No, I mean the chemicals that control your emotions and such. Not quite sure where it is, but iot's somewhere in the middle of your brain. The something or others and such! You know!?

I'm lacking names right now, but your brain needs to rebuild some chemicals and such.

Dopamine? You seem slightly lacking in knowledge of neurological function. Neuro transmitters you mean? You brain can manage those while awake, its what lets your neurons create an electric charge. You wouldn't understand anyway. it's actually removal of waste chemical's that is done while sleeping.

Yes, yes i do.

It's either a kind of acid or hydrocarbon. I saw a show on it.

But I sure don't know what I'm talkinga bout, that's for sure.
