Well the SuperCap battery could easily be modified for that.

Howcome you don't see these types of batteries more often? 20 seconds for 3 hours of charge??

It said that it will charge for 20 seconds and last for 3 hours, not the other way around.

Capable of reaching 9V, however, I'm guessing the issue lies in what electronic its used in. I'm sure if you rigged it to a PSOne LCD and an SNES, it'll last about 30seconds...

The article mentioned something about finding a way to raise the mAH so you can use it longer, but I just glanced over it quickly. If you can figure that part out, you are in business.

probably.

i was reprimanded for discharging giant solarcar capacitors through bits of metal (thus melting said bits) because apparently the capacitors build up huge electrostatic forces inside (makes sense) and a rapid change in these forces can like rip it apart inside or something.

of course, these capacitors were like bigger than a water bottle.

Search google for a voltage doubler circuit. 4.6V should be enough to power usb
