More wrangling with the N64 Displaylists Of Doom has brought me this:

Alright, SUCCESS!!
Two great things happened yesterday:
1. I HAVE THE ENTIRE N64 SDK version 2.0k! Yahoo!
2. Also, even better, I have come into contact with a former N64 developer who worked for the Big N in Japan, back in the day. He used to be heavily involved with the N64 hardware, and has offered to help me get up to speed on audio however he can
For legal reasons I can't share the SDK, but things are looking up.
