Okay, you wanted pics, you got 'em ! The only big tech change I made with this portable is that I wired in a PAR MK3, a super-powered converter/cheat device. Oh, and I put in 2 speakers this time. So, here she is:
The front of the unit
Cool angle shot
Power/Reset buttons
System sucessfully running Terranigma, a PAL only release (best game ever )!
So, that's it. I'm happy with how it turned out, and I hope you guys like it, too. It's simple and clean, in my opinion (no KH reference intended). I'm gonna give the SNES a break, and move on to my PSp and 2nd NESp, and get ready for either a GCp or PS2p this summer.
Over and out,

actually w would classify that as a casemod, its the original case with holes put in it. frankencase is more drastic

That looks really nice, congratulations. I'm also glad to see you got Terranigma running, as that seems to have been quite a frustrating adventure. Can't wait to see future portables.

Thanks for all the comments, guys ! Glad you like it. As for Terranigma, that's a tale within itself. Seeing as I tried 3 different mods, NONE of which worked on TN, I had to buy a super-rare, never released in the US Pro Action Replay MK3 ($70 ). I cut off the leads at the bottom and resoldered them, stuck that in the SNES cart slot, and mounted the converter slot on the outside. It's really working out nicely, and all the effort was worth it for TN....it's an amazing game!
