What's your network setup?
IE: the setup of switches, hubs, routers, modems, and firewalls

I have a cable modem and wireless router, with a firewall. It just did it out of the blue also. No change, just did it.

Spyware/Virus?

Or try turning all your equiptment off and then back on. If that doesn't help try releasing and then renewing your IP address. That works for me sometimes when my network goes funny from out of the blue.
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...

Get Firefox, that could help, but if not, get it anyways.
