 Dear god, you do have a problem. But it's ok now, we can help.

Here's what you do:
1. Blink twice.
2. Stand up.
3. Go outside.
4. Ride a bike.
5. Comment on how you watch too much anime or, more acurately, too much TV.
6. Pick a new hobby, like woodworking, portablizationing, or "not-watching-tv"ing...
7. Apply your skill to create something fantastic.
8. Never watch TV again.

Now go, go, go!

What you need is Dr. Bic's prescription for sunshine, excersise and fresh air. Maximum dosage. (No opening the windows does not count :P)

Full Metal Alchemist. Duh.

I've also heard Trigun is pretty good, haven't watched it myself yet, though.

Eva is definatly a good one to watch, and if your over 18 Ninja Scrolls 1 and 2 will cure you of EVER wanting to watch anime ever again. My friend showed me them and at some points I nearly left because well... just watch it yourself.

Also FLCL is another good one, tho, sexual themes dosn't quite describe the mood of the anime. If you do watch it tho, just remeber, Furi Kuri!

BLASPHEMY!!! I like Ruroni Kenshin, FLCL, Inuyasha, and assorted mangas (Chobits, Akira, etc.). If you like movies, get either Metropolis or Akira.

Azumanga Diaoh
Ranma 1/2
Mahoromatic
Steel Angel Kurumi
Mobile Suit Gundam
0080 Gundam
08th MS Team
0083 Gundam
Vandread
Appleseed ('84 and '04)
Evangelion

Those are some I can suggest. If you're intersted in keeping up on a large selection of anime and latest releases of both DVDRs and fansub you can come over to animeyume.org. I've found a good number of anime that I've enjoyed.
