wood?

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

if I used wood would there be a problem with the wood shavings, and if so, how would you prevent it?

Sand it to the extreme, or use a high gloss.

thanks, wait, how thick should the wood be for the sega genisis 3 case, 1 inch?

half an inch thick! thats HUGE, wood is very strong, 1/8 to 1/4 should be fine for wall thickness, 3/8 at the most
