My friend has one of those, it's a gas powered Mac 11, and it fires something like 1100 rounds per minute. It doesn't work for some reason, like it jams?SavageLych wrote:I finally got my AirSoft gun in the mail, its a m11a1 (mac 11). Anyone else here play AirSoft? Pics commin sone...
I have an airsoft gun, but I hate airsoft sorta. I have a Smart Parts Ion paintball gun.

@ FanBoy, please don't be ignorant, thoes kids who got shot were idiots who pointed them at comp, or didn't have orange tips.
@Houdini, smith n wessin what? My gun rune on propane, co2 is a pain for airsoft because you have to use such small bottles lol.
@vb_master, yes it shoots 1200 rounds a minute actually, this means a full clip can be emptied in under 3 seconds . Myn is a HFC M11A1, it never jams unless I use crappy bb's, also i suggest your friend tries to use ics, or crossman bb's, I've found they work best overall in my gun. It only shoots funny when the gas is running VERY low. For the price, its a beast.

I play paintball used to play airsoft but I kind of outgrew it I like paintball now better. I have a mini panther a15 for airsoft and for paintball I have a tippmann a5 and a brass eagle maruader. Airsoft is cool though becuase its so cheap compared to paintball you can easily spend $30-60 on a game of paintball its an expensive sport.

Even if you don't play paintball, there's something irresistible about the Tippmann C3 Marker ($229), the first propane-powered paintball gun. It uses an internal-combustion process similar to that found in some nail guns. Fuel and air are pumped into a chamber, then ignited with a spark plug. The result is fuel cost savings--a 16-ounce propane tank costs $9 and fires 50,000 shots. Compare that to a 20-ounce CO2 tank that costs $20 and fires 1000 shots. tippmann.com
