Ya, I have a great physique for my weight. I lift two 20 lb freeweights and use a 60 lb bar for my shoulders and chest workout.

Whoops, I went straight to page two, saw the poll, and thought "this probably has something to do with whose better," and voted for Gamer2, but the real vote should be for the brotha'.

And Im somewhere between 6'1" and 6'2", somewhere between 185-190 (maybe less, who knows).

Alright, now BMI is one of those things that I think needs to go away, it's far to archaic and innacurate to persistantly stay in our modern technology driven world.

I remember back in my highschool 'health' course we did a little bit on BMI, the results were pretty much how they are still when it comes to me, highly, highly innacurate. And, obviously so.

here's what I got:

5'10
220 lbs.
31.6 BMI

completely off, that puts me in the obese category, right now I'm about five weeks out from a fight, still somewhat far from fighting shape, BUT... definitely not 31.6%. A handy little experiment with bodyfat calipers (still somewhat innacurate, but better) gives me a reading of 13%... now my BMI table was off by what 41% or so? Just wanted to point out that BMI's not a good measure for everyone.
