Extracting Graphics From N64 Roms

I need a program that can extract and import graphics into N64 rom, I know one exists, but I can't find it, can anyone help me?

That's only for textures though. But regarding models, Orkin has been working on a feature called "TruForm"; which basically smooths them out.
