I'm searching for DC-DC converters and since I don't live in the USA I don't want to buy it from Radioshack. I have this other website which I know from school. Altough I can't seem to find the right converter in the searching bar. link
Can somebody help me find the right one please?

The easiest DC-DC converter to make for the N64 I've come across is where you use two 7805 regulators and two 3ohm resistors (one for each regulator). You can make this setup from the parts in the PSU of the system.
Otherwise you can drop some money on buying a 3.5v regulator, or a varible regulator from digikey.
