I would love to see a pong portable :D :D

And, even though it seems ludicrous (speed), i think hes also making a xboxp because it will "shock the world" and the power supply would be a problem like he said.

@ Darth Fett: Nice Andelite avator. Brings back memories.....

*Anyways*

I think Ben will make a 3DO portable, just to be different  . As for the new system, I'd think maybe a Saturn Portable. Just my $.02.

Wow the speculation runs rampant! Actually a Saturn portable would be cool, I have one, it was a neat system. Well, sort of. A lot of the best games never hit the States, a la Radiant Silvergun.

Then tells us when will the portables be done/revealed, or if I'm close?

P.S. It isnt one of those Colecovision Plug-n-Play systems is it? Dear god I hope not.

You know, someone as skilled as ben shouldn't have to much trouble working with Lithium-Ion cells. With three times the energy density of Ni-HM and Ni-Cd batteries, an Xboxp wouldn't become quite so difficult to power for a reasonable period of time.

For instance, a AA sized Li-Ion battery cell will give you about 7.2 watt-hours of power. If you wanted to run, say, a 136 watt Xbox360 (was that the power draw? Don't remember) for one hour, you'd only need...19 AA size cells.....Ok, that's a lot, but at least its less than 46 :?

you can get like 50 Wh out of some of the higher-density (and also bigger) li-polys. still, one of them is probably smaller than 7 AAs
