Nope, not photoshoped as far as I know, there from a guy at my dads work.
Also you can see the reflection of the green banner thats in the bottom pic in the side pannel of the top pic.

the fact that you dont see her reflection is a bit suspect, but you could blame that on the angle.
if it is a ps job, they did it real well - you can see things reflected on the outside that are then visible from the inside (bottom of green poster)
