SD Cards
Moderator:Moderators
Well my GP2x should be coming in a day or two, and I was looking into getting an SD Card. I was wondering if I should go for a 3rd party kind, or if I should stick with the more expensive one such as the SanDisk brand. The reason I ask this is because some cards supposively have trouble on the 2x when it comes to upgrading firmware or being compatible with the system. I have enough money for either kind, but I just wanted your opinions on this

I found out about 20mins ago my GP2x came in! It really looks very sleek and the menu looks very nice. I don't think you can do much with it if you don't have an SD card, so I will have to wait a couple of days for the order to come in Oh well, at least once it comes in I'm all set

make sure you buy a card reader too, i think the usb function is kinda faulty and format it to fat32 before you use the card i hear if you dont you can brick it
