I have a movie that I want to put on my psp. The problem is, is that it is 320x240, and in 4:3. If thats not bad enough, it also has the black bars on the top and bottom, since it was originally wide screen. Does anyone know of a free video editor that could enlarge my video, take away the black lines and then make it 16:9?
