This has the be the best portable, ever. That custom keyboard really ties it all together.

Very nice job, I am not sure what I had in mind but this is definitely better. The custom key board and controls are great looking.

this is the single most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I know I'll never be able to afford to make one, but I can still dream...
the case alone is probably worth a couple hundred dollars in manhours (even at 3rd world rates)

custom keys...all of them...

actually I think the atari is the least expensive portion of that entire project by a factor of 5.

holy muchies man thats the new god... and ben has made it posable, to fallow hime lets build our own PCPs. gammer and laptop style. and remember that dreamcast laptop i designed that would have been nice too, thansk benheck! Just looking at that might have just goten me back to the world of portables!!!

That is simply a beautiful machine, and the fact its all custom built (I really mean the keyboard) is amazing.

You'll have to put up a making of story. And if you can a howto on how you made the keyboard, I know I could use that kind of help and maybe some other.
