since youll be able to upload psp stuff on 360 do you think sony is going to sue microsoft over it because, somebody is going to make a mod for the 360 to play psp games really soon after it comes out.

like conn said, it's file(music) from any connected device, and like conn also said , sony WILL release an update to prevent that. little do they know that that could help them with sales, people may buy a psp just for music on 360 and on the go...

No because they clamed to its a console and its really a computer, the Xbox and Xbox 360.
As for the whole Sony and Microsoft thing, its iffy. If Sony were to sue Microsoft its most likely would be a royalty thing in the end, of which can any of us argue that Microsoft couldnt afford. Otherwise Microsoft's crack team of lawyers would just pull some (explitive deleted) about how the 360's ablily to play PSP games isnt a hack or inviolation of copyright laws... but then expect another lawsuit to pop up in either Europe or Japan about the same damn thing.

My bet is its at a music/video transfer level, not a pirate-games level. The first of which cant/wont lead to a lawsuit. Unless its pirated music/video, which isnt sony's nor microsoft's problem.

Me too, im only getting A revolution. My bro may get a XBOX 360, but I really dont care too much for playstation. Dont have a PS2, and wont get a PS3.
Revolution is going to be cheapest, and my favorite of the three. I dont want to get into console wars or whatever, Ive just sticked to nintendo since the beginning!
As for sueing, it depends if anyone used each others tech. Sony stole the Dualshock stuff, and they got sued. If they just link together by like, say USB, there is no way anything can happen.
