What's your Favorite Music?

Post by resecnded x » Thu Sep 08, 2011 3:16 pm

Mine is mostly Disturbed, with a bit if Eminem, and some Kamelot (Soul Society, When the Lights are Down, and more later on)

I'm gonna look for more Kamelot Music to get, but for now, what's your favorite music or music type?

Also, if you have a link to said music on youtube or somewhere else, then go ahead and provide it please

I like punk rock. Green Day, The Offspring, Weezer and Blink182 are some of my favorites.

the kind where my soul cries big harry tears. I keep the strangest play list these days. like a few years ago I started not to like most of the music I had been enjoying for the previous years. crap was just to exciting to keep a anoyingly repetitive taste in music. or maby I always had the taste it was company. I turned stark white to find I just plain hated all the big bands. there was nothing wrong with a big party, don't get me wrong. but it seems like they just take up space more f'd up and unique bands should be getting in on. it's not dire or nothing, I'm just turning my intrests to constantly being apart of the arts any way. I guess that's best. got a lot of david bowie here, still have my flacc tool discography. Elmore James... I'm going ta download me some crap...

I listen to: early rock, doo wop, rockabilly, psychobilly, blues, psychedelic, prog rock, bluegrass, country (real country, not the crap we have now), metal (along with all the wonder many subgenres it includes), soul, some depression era gospel, folk, some grunge, punk, disco, and some older pop (Abba, the supremes, stuff like that).

This is all compiled onto 3000 songs on my ipod, about 50 cds (yes, small about), around a hundred cassettes, 40 or so 8-track tapes, and shelves upon shelves of records (lps, 45's, 78's)

You might say that I'm big on music.
rest in peace, Ronnie James Dio! \m/

I like soft rock, some country, and pop music, depending on the artist. I don't like a lot of the newer "young stars", but I think Taylor Swift has a great voice. I'm also a Michael Jackson fan, and I like Rascal Flatts and Backstreet Boys, too (but not this NKOTB crap).
