LCD Glasses

Post by Super Mulletman » Mon Aug 23, 2004 1:45 am

Does anyone know where or if I can find something like one of those computer-moniter-glasses things, but with A/V inputs? If so, how much would they cost? And yes, it's fine if the glasses only have a screen in/in front of one lens(or where the lens would be).

yeah, I wanted to get some of them so I could make the ultimate computer portable, but it's gonna take me awhile to save up for them.

Edit:
oh yeah, and I was going to get the ones that cover both eyes, and then see if I could still walk around once I hook a camera up to my computer :)

Noiw THERE'S an idea! But what would you do if it slowed down and you started seeing stuff a second or two after it happened?

I would be walking in traffic then :p. That would be my only concern. I'd need to have enough processing power and ram to run a video window all the time without lag.

Wait, we're forgetting a secondary, but drastic solution.

here it comes...

just a second longer....

Lift up the glasses! I know the idea is to NOT have to do such a thing, but still, it's always an option.

Oh, and if you die from walking into traffic, can I have your stuff?

Sounds a bit expensive...does anyone know where I could find an about 2" lcd screen with video input, but without any tv board? It would need to be pretty thin, and the whole the thing would have to be a near, if not perfect square, and high resolution, just because of the size. And I only need one.
