Sounds reasonable. Is the jewel case in good shape? What about the disc itself?

The Jewel Case Only Has One Sticker On It, And The DIsc Has No Scratches

With the outer cardboard box yes its a great deal. Loose the game itself in the jewel case is about $10, and I'm not sure about microphone prices these days ($5 - 8?) So if shipping is included in that price than yeah its an ok deal.

It Comes With The Box The Game And The Mic And Actually The Jewel Case Does'nt have a sticker.

Good deal with the box then. Now is a good time to collect Dreamcast games as interest and prices are low. I think there is around 250 games released in the US with a little than 10 or harder/expensive games to find. In a few years collecting on DC will pick up affecting prices and availability (it happened with N64) so best to get as many cheap games as you can now.
