Right so everyone has been talking about some idiots ad campaign claiming tomorrow the world will end. FOX news has decided to publicize that along with quips about the escalating violence in the Mid East. Thanks FOX News. Now I will have to go grab that sniper rifle I've had my eye on at the local gun shoppe to protect myself from all the domestic crazies. Do any of you actually believe any of this? (Apologies to the Mod staff in advance)

Actually, the world won't be ending on May 21st, it's Judgment Day that's happening. All of the people in God's good graces living and dead will go to heaven. Then the rest of us heathens get five months of hell on earth before the world ends on October 21st.

I know these things, I have a pamphlet!

Or it'll just be another Saturday.

I plan to round up a bunch of old clothes and leave sets of shirts, shoes, and pants in random places.

actualy the world is not going to end because the probrability of that is under 0,7(70 per cent). Nostradamus predicted that the world would end some -lots,lots,lots time after we (people alive right now) have already died. so thats settled

anyway like said before- good thing im prepared by playing videogames that feature worlds end(fallout3, l4d etc)

I'll be fine, I have much training from my experiences with Dead Space 1 and 2 in Insane and HardCore difficulties, I'll be fine! That's if I find a Plasma Cutter

Minecraft, Gears of War, Left for Dead, Rainbow Six Vegas, Modernwarfare 2, Call of Duty 4 and Mario will pay off.

You know, if I need to:

Craft something, Chainsaw or Gnasher someone, Kill the Zombies (FTW), shoot someone, shoot someone again, shoot someone again and then again once more and to finally to plumb something.

The only way the world can end is by;

- Self destruction. War, Pollution...
- The Sun explodes
- A planet or whatever runs into Earth

This is why we NEED technology to advance. May it be to build a new Sun, destroy the incoming planet by lasers or turn garbage into power...
