Kinda struck out at Savers today. Didn't really see anything worth buying.

They had a Commodore VIC-20 for $25, with just the AC adapter and RF cable. There was a boxed copy of Star Wars Arcade for 32x for $8, and a Jakks Pacific Atari plug-and-play for $5. There was also this double-sided record player (it had a slot in the front you put the record into), but it said it "needs work" and I couldn't see a needle on the top cartridge. (I'm 100% certain it was a record player and not a Selectavision player because it had a 33/45 speed select switch.)

Maybe they were more picked-over than usual because they just opened? :?

I found a G4 iMac at a garage sale for the great price of FREE.

Edit: Tried it today, and it works fine! It even appears to have been somewhat upgraded from stock.

@Metallica Man X
Yeah, the RAM was bumped from 256 MB to 768 MB. Also, the disk drive may have been swapped for a DVD-ROM, but I'm not sure yet. Still need to find a keyboard.

@Triton
Nice find with SimCity 3000! Love that game still.

Most (all?) master systems have a game built into the system too. Just start it without a game in the cart slot to find out what it is (and post it here cause I'm curious lol).

Hang On is my favorite game for SMS. Outrun is god too but the draw-in is so bad it makes me feel sick after playing for a few minutes
