This isn't so much a "WTB" as a general inquiry. No idea what they cost or where to find them (assuming pre-made ones exist). Or barring that, the price of paying somebody to make one. Anyone here might know? DIY parts won't do me any good as I'm, well, inept to say the least.
Why ask, you say? I'm not interested in ordinary USB Saturn controllers. AFAIK Sega only has released the popular Japanese style I don't even like to begin with. I'd rather be able to use my preferred American layout (yup, I'm one of those people!), or maybe even others like Virtual On sticks for yuks.

Re: Sega Saturn > USB adapters
I remember seeing an adapter box at the store years ago that could accept Playstation and N64 controllers, not sure if it also did Saturn controllers. There are probably premade adapters out there, but they're not nearly as common as Playstation/N64 ones.

I suppose so. May just have to hire a project later. Except I've got little experience at requesting mods, I know there's a few I intend to down the line. Like NES2 A/V and N64 RGB.
Re: Sega Saturn > USB adapters
They do exist, found this, though it's currently out of stock: http://sewelldirect.com/MayFlash-PS2-co ... 2d36323536" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I think there was an adapter that looked the same, except white in color, that was actually sold at Wal-Mart that converted the same three console controllers.
There's also this, but you'd have to make the box yourself (meant to go internally, but can work external to the controller): http://www.retrousb.com/product_info.ph ... ucts_id=50" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
