Looks like you've got a beautiful mess of parts strung out along your yard now

they are mostly contained to the concrete slab where our basketball court is/was. so about a 8x14 piece of slab lol. making pretty good progress, after those pictures were taken i got the front fork removed, still havent figured out how the leg shield/horn cast come off tho gonna have to check the parts catalog or online for that one lol.

Re: 1962 Lambretta li125 scooter restoration log!
sorry for the lack of update, have been busy with halloween and helping my parents with some stuff and havent had the chance to get some pictures taken. havent made a whole lot of progress since the last set of pictures.
i've gotten some more paint stripping and priming done, and have been working on making a place to work on the scooter in my garage so i can still work on it in the winter. i DID get the horn cast and leg shield off so the scooter is actually torn down to the frame now, i will have to get some welding done on it in a couple places where there are cracks and a couple broken plug welds but overall the scooter is in pretty solid shape. i hope to have some new pictures to post this week

Wait-are you in Detroit, Triton?
I'm in Grand Rapids. If you are in MI we NEED TO MEET UP AND BUILD COOL STUFF.
Also, progress bump.

Re: 1962 Lambretta li125 scooter restoration log!
southeastern iowa i'll drop you a PM. and because of this stupid thing called WINTER which lasts like 6 months, progress on the lambretta has been basically nonexistant, i DID get it taken apart the rest of the way and stored in my garage before the weather hit. once it warms up i will resume paint stripping and start sourcing the parts to get the old girl up and running again. the eventual goal, as previously stated is a basic partial restoration to presentable, running, ride-able condition and getting it properly titled. might play around with it and ride it some but more likely than not it will get sold for mad lewts

BUUUUMP! i actually worked on this project again! lol. after almost a year long hiatus i'm back on the lambretta project, the frame has been partially primered, and i'm working on finally stripping the rest of the body parts in prep for primer and paint. today i got the side panels mostly stripped and started on the horn cast.

Triton's projects are like a fine wine, they have to age many years before they are done.
