modding street fighter 15th anniversary controller (am nub)

i don't know where to start on this mod. this will be my first ever. what i would like to see in this is a gumstix board, a small screen replacing the hologram, video out on the top(between shoulder buttons), and usb host and otg. if at all possible i would also like to add some kind of cellphone capability to it. like i said, i've never done anything like this before, and compromises to what i want could be easily had. any help or pushes in the right direction would be nice
