Can't do it (say it didn't arrive) if there's tracking (there will be if it's sent registered first class, priority, express, or global express guaranteed (USPS's FedEx offering).

I have been respecting hailrazer during all of my communications to him, even through PM (Private Message.)

I'm calling BS on aceboy. In what I believe was this thread, aceboy was asking what kind of laptop he should get. Hailrazer made a suggestion, and aceboy blew up like a kid after his candy was stolen. a lot of the thread has been edited by aceboy, and hail's post seem to be missing as well. Can a mod or admin find what was originally posted? It could have been a different thread, but I'm pretty sure that was the one.

EDIT: Also, making multiple threads across the forums and in hail's topics about how your upset is really dicky.

He posted like 3 or 4 on modretro, being a huge jerk on each one.

What do you mean it has nothing to do with this? It has everything to do with it. It is a subsitute product for the L64. If the kamikaze 64 didn't introduce itself to the market yet, then I would agree that the L64 is the world's finest portable n64 custom-built, but with the appearance of the kamikaze 64 (with the D-pad, L-button, and probably weights less than the L64) the L64 value has collapsed/finished. It's called competition my friend; people want better products at a cheaper price.

What does he mean marshall can't charge what he want's for the L64 because the kamikaze 64 "introduced itself to the market".. ..He makes it sound as if this is a huge market and all the portables we make get cloned thousands of times and sold on store shelves or something. Everything that is built here, well at least most of it, is a one off thing. we're not introducing what we have to a market, were building something, and then selling it(maybe), and then building some more stuff. argh.
