Yeah the major difference I thought was Tagging. You had to do a complex move set to tag in the DC version. In the newer one you could skate uphill and tag with out a second thought. It was still pretty cool though. Ah good times...

I liked the huge levels and the grind tricks on JSRF but Jet Grind Radio is much more fun. The music in JGR is superior and the elaborate tagging mechanic adds to the fun. It should be in every Dreamcast owners library.
