End Game

So.

Who has listened to it yet? I thought it was amazing. Proves that Megadeth still has it in them. IMO it is the best new album I have heard in a long time. It is definitely better than metallica's Death Magnetic.

In anycase, if you have not heard it yet, you should stop what you are doing right now and go to Hot Topic and buy it ASAP!

Or you could stay at home and get it on iTunes.

Yes, it is the best thing I've heard in a long while. (At least from them.)

buying mp3s is lame. You have nothing to show for it. I like to have an actual disc and booklet.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. There are certain things that I'll download (a $10 game or add-on through Xbox Live), but things like movies, CD's, and full retail games I just can't bring myself to buy digitally.

Physical media still has a place in this world as long as I'm around to buy it. :)

No, I actually went out and bought the album. I just said that because that is was most lazy people do, and I consider myself lazy to a certain extent.
Other than that, I keep my CDs scratch-free, so most of my CDs so far have lasted longer than my hard drives.

It really hope it is, since metallica and other 80's bands are still putting out albums on vinyl.

It seems to be making a comeback. I was in Best Buy yesterday and they have half of an aisle dedicated to vinyl now. Not my cup of tea, but pretty cool regardless.

Yeah well I'm not spending $35 on an LP of Abbey Road. :| (Already bought one at a garage sale for 50 cents anyway.) Maybe $20 would be okay if they made them from the new remasters or the original LP dies, but not so much for the same lowish-quality copies they've been printing on CDs for 20+ years.
