The Swine Flu is exactly like the normal flu, if it's what you think you have, treat it as you would a normal flu (just chill at home). If you're that concerned, you should see a doctor.

It sounds very much to me like the winter vomiting disease. I got two years in a row once, and the symptoms were exactyla like yours. First feeling a bit down, then bad sleep, then of course violent vomiting. It's unpleasant but mostly harmless and self-healing. However, it's extremely infectious, and what's more, the immunity only lasts a couple of days, so it's easy to get a "pingpong" effect if you lives with someone else. (Ie, two or more people take turns in infecting each other)
For the same reason don't handle fresh foods that you're going to going to eat much later. (Don't get or put anything into the freezer for a couple of days, don't prepare next week's lunch boxes just yet, you get the idea)
For the next few days:

• Eat easily digested food
• Drink water in small amounts, spread out over the day
• Be careful when seeing other people. (So not to infect them)
• Wash you hands often, and wash your dirty laundry in a day or two

Like Capt. Falcon, he put the other hand forward first, then he punched with his other. He also used his right, like Capt. Falcon, although in every game save twilight princess(wii version only) he is left handed.
