Technically yeah, there's no problem with doing that. I still don't know if it'd be fair/correct to do this.

@bacteria: people who don't mind being contacted would've made their contact information public in their profile. Just as you made it so anyone can e-mail you through your profile. Also, people might have it set up so they get an e-mail whenever they receive a PM; I have it that way.

This showcase is supposed to be an outlet for your own work. :|

Is ben gonna promote this too? Or is it just through the forums? And are his portables gonna be on there also, even though he has his blog for them?

There's a link to his blog in the projects area, so I'm gonna guess no.

You guessed wrong then. Ben has a ton of projects (obviously), but he let me know that he's going to get his projects up there as soon as he has time. It's going to be a subsection that Ben promotes, so hopefully that'll make this thing very popular. :)

I submitted all 10 of my n64p's, except for my compo entry(11), not yet released, currently adding my other portables.

Accepted. You can embed your youtube videos if you want.

This is cool, kinda reminds me of the old portables of doom website.

It would be nice if you could somehow group the projects too. If I wanted to see all portable SNES I could just click a link and they would all show up.

probably from the numerous requests that have been made for a while

yeah, eurddrue... we all knew what you were getting at.

I think the showcase is awesome. I've really been missing this kind of catalogue of projects since other sights have gotten out of date. I wish I was able to contribute something now. :(

Nope but we did it before you  Actually, if there is one good thing about both sites co-existing together is that it keeps the moderation on both sites one their toes, and trying to make their sites better. About the benheck.com modding shoebox, I mean, showcase, would a frontlight CGB be accepted?

Nope but we did it before you
And you basically copied this site 1 for 1 when you set mehretro up. What's your point? :P

Yeah, feel free to put your frontlit GBC up!
