The Grinder (Wii)

Post by grossaffe » Wed May 27, 2009 2:59 am

Anyone see this game revealed on Tuesday? Another project from High Voltage software to raise the bar for Wii software. This game is in the same vain as Left 4 Dead in that you'll be fighting off hordes of enemies (but these are werewolves, vampires, and other monsters rather than zombies), supposedly right now they can get up to 65 on screen at a time without taking a hit to the framerate. This game is looking like its gonna be ridiculously awesome.

High Voltage is the company doing the conduit, right?
And didn't they make LEGO games back in the day?

yeah, they're doing the Conduit. Grinder is gonna run on a modified Quantum 3 engine (the same engine they're using for The Conduit). They're also working on another intriguing Wii game called Gladiator A.D.. Don't know what to expect from that one, but it looks like it has potential to be good.
