Just so we can monitor interest in the competition, I am making a list of people who wish to enter. This will give us some actual numbers to work with. If anyone else wishes to enter, let us know and this list will be updated! Remember, this is a commitment to a contest so we don't want any "maybes". If for one reason or another you need to drop out during the contest that's fine, but for now we're trying to gauge real legitimate interest in participating in the contest.

I'm offering up a prize or two (as soon as I decide what) and if anyone else wants to contribute be sure to mention it in the discussion thread.

I think my post was a little unclear - I was in favor of the tenth anniversary Dreamcast portabiliztion thing, not actually entering in the portable-making contest. Should have been more clear on that, I guess. I do hope to have a cool Dreamcast mod finished in time to reveal on Sept. ninth, though!

Im in assuming i can use a previously started project as an entry (as it stands im at MOST 50%-60% done with it) cant afford to start a new project as it were

I will be in, if as with Triton, I can enter my current system which is about 50% done. If I get time to finish my next system in time I will enter that anyway; however i'm not going to rush my work or start a new system until my current one is done, which will reduce available build time anyway and might stop me entering.
