Nintendo space wasters?

PICTURES! I can prove it!

First Size comparison

Second size comparison

Not counted

In size comparisons 1 and 2, from largest to smallest: NES, SNES, N64, Virtual Boy, Gameboy, GBA, DS.

In not included: GC, oversized rumble GBC games.

Conclusion: They have honkin big carts! Too much space wasted!. I have opened every game except for DS, and found that almost 1/2 of the space was empty. Fight Nintendo's Space Wasting Cartridges!

Sorry for the crappy last two pics, my flash on my camera stopped working unexpectedly.

Maybe they should use those horribly ficticious disks you see on scifi shows, he ones that are like 3/4"-1" in diameter, and hole terabytes of data.

What's the point of having big carts with all that extra space not being used? That's what.

Maybe it was a ploy to stop shop lifting

"Yo, boyz, loogit deez Ni'tendo gamez! I got no money!" <tries to shove it pocket, it doesnt fit! during all the ruckus the security guard comes over, and the kid is arrested>

Another day saved thanks to Nintendo.

It would be cool to see how many DS cartridges you could fit in a NES. Id say 70 or 80.

Not that many, but a NES cart would make a great DS game carrying case!

NES carts are big enough to make a good case for almost anything, like that guy who put a screen in it for his SNES portable.

I think it's a way for them to make it seem like you're getting more game for $50.

NES carts- To make it seem less like a video game and more like a toy

its because there's no need for a home system's carts to be small. you don't want to lose them, do you?

Yeah that was me who put the screen into the NES cart.... there really is a lot of space in there. It was best because a Rad shack box would have been too big....surprised nobody's smuggled drugs inside NES carts or something. Oh wait.....
If all else fails, take it apart!
