Can anyone explain how the heck did this happen?

I viewed this over and over again, looked closely and still don't get how the revolving door smashed on the person.

The only possibility I see is that there is 1 bracket for each pair of opposing doors (Thus 2 brakets forming the top "X"). If 1 fails both opposing doors will shut on each other as you can see both doors collapsed inwards. The other possibility is RIGGED door or just Magic.

I don't know where I heard this, but I think it does that to let medical people in. Like with a stretcher. For some reason it just did it when someone was in the door.
If you're looking at this post and it was made before 2008, just ignore it.

From a comment,
Most revolving doors have latches to allow deliveries via hand truck. It converts the door to a two panel type thing. They also sometimes have a peg at the bottom for locking rotation. I am willing to bet the latch was engaged and the peg fell while the person previous pushed hard.

But smashing so violent on a person? Isn't that unsafe?wolfy13 wrote:From a comment,Most revolving doors have latches to allow deliveries via hand truck. You can see when the door is perpendicular to the wall it gets snagged, and the two parallel panels keep rotating. Not sure why the other door went backwards, but they're clearly attached somehow.
Hey, sup?

Also did you guys notice? At the time of the incident, someone was walking into the door the WRONG way from the other side. (The door was going counter clockwise, and they came in from the other way and went clockwise.)
Which probably put too much pressure on the door and it tried to go both directions at once.

talk about like some thing else with more attention to detail, What about the magic door guy? he was out side paning for coke money when the door snaged his boot and set the panes into one another spitting glass every ware.

Just my two cents
Also
bet he/she/it has know idea what he/she/it is talking aboutanother youtube tard wrote:The air pressure inside the building was much lower than the pressure outside. Normally four panes of glass can hold the pressure difference, but two panes alone were not strong enough. Both panes broke at the same time, at the same instant the pressure was relieved from the other two.
All the glass is moving inward. After the door stops turning, you can see the wind blowing the glass away from the door.
It didn't break earlier because the door only turns when people activate it.
