Non-Smoker extreme here.

My father smokes, but in return, I make his life a living hell.

He/My brother never close his door, so I end up smelling it in my room, I come to him, tell him to close the damn door, and leave again.

Smoking is not social behaviour, how can it be when non-smokers around a smoker hate the stench and odour?

If there was petition for banning smoking entirely, i'd sign it.
ever heard of personal choice? its up to the person to decide what they want to do, not the government.

Ever heard of second-hand smoke? I'm fine with people puffing themselves to death, but when it starts affecting me and I don't have any say in the matter, then something should be done about it. I think it should only be legal to smoke in your house (with no kids) or at a bar, so people can choose whether or not they want to be poisoned.

in europe smoking is banned in bars pubs clubs and anywhere that has more than 3 walls (including ceiling) i agree wit hthat, but smoking outside does no harm to anyone else.

european here, you know even though we have smoking partially banned I'm still highly annoyed by it. Because when you walk down the copulate street, everyone is smoking, and there is no way of avoiding the smoke.

Smoke is no good and costs too much money on top of that.
