I know I always get a good dose of nostalgia whenever I go through the Atari 2600 stuff or hook the Quadra up.

SuperPaint, Fontographer, ResEdit, Frog X-ing, Factory, Netscape Navigator 4 on a 28.8 modem... good times. 8) (I've managed to scratch together about 90% of our software collection onto Basilisk II disk images; sadly the main hard drive that had all our stuff on it kicked the bucket back in '02.)

My first memory was also a video game, Super Mario bros 3 to be exact was my first memory .

my first memory was either the first time you face bowser on Super Mario 1, or playing Contra with my babysitter 8)

I also enjoy playing old systems. Me and my buddies sit around for hours playing old school games on my Xbox (snes and genesis mostly). Maybe have a couple drinks and just browse old games. Monopoly seems to be a favorite (easier to keep track of pieces on SNES) 8)

I enjoy playing genesis and stuff every now and then. Of course sometimes enjoying older stuff isn't always because of nostalgia, like listening to older music because most modern music is a steaming pile of elephant feces :P

Modern Music=Rap=a steaming pile of elephant feces

RAP and everything relating to RAP, need to die, I would rather listen to Disco than RAP any day.

amen brother, i miss 80's hip-hop, back whe nthey actually rapped about things that mattered, not just the cliches of bling female of the dog species and guns that passes for social awareness these days

although there is plenty of good new music out there, you're just unlikely to find it in the charts. It is there, you've just got to look in the right places
