Damn! Doesn't this forum have double post protection?

Anyway, I'm using Opera.
Here's why, very short: Fast browser engine, has just about all things I want in a browser builtin.

I never tried Opera, but I did hear mixed reviews. I have been meaning to try it.

I use them both. Personally though, I prefer the interface and customizability of Firefox and use that more.

I have tried both in the past, Opera has a built in torrent facility; but I heard a while back that Firefox is safer, so I use that.

PS - this is my 1000th posting!!

I use Firefox and like it a lot, but I haven't used Opera too much. One thing I do have to say though, is that Firefox under OSX isn't too great (don't have too much experience with it, but I didn't like what I saw). Under Linux and Windows it's great though.

They both work about the same, but Firefox looks much better and has Add-Ins and Themes.

I use Firefox, but one of my friends uses Opera and I've been meaning to try it out. I just love the Firefox extensions.

I don't want to make an "I'm leaving" thread, but I've sort of lost interest in this board. So if you notice that I'm gone, that's why.

I just tried it, its fast light and buggy, if it hadnt locked up every 5 minutes it would have been great.

Opera is definitely the best built and most reliable browser but I use firefox because of the customizability.

Comparatively speaking, opera is like the Batmobile. It works great and has plenty of features, but you can't do much modifications.

Firefox is like an old station wagon. It's reliable, does what it needs to do, and you can do stuff to it. If I want to bolt a mini-fridge to the roof and paint fire on the front, I can and it'll look just fine.

I sure hope you're not talking about firefox. Because if you are, that's your comptuer, not the program. Besides, firefox has auto-restore for all those windows-related crashes!
