Yeah, I haven't tried the speaker (which doesn't look like it will work), but there's no way a AAA battery could power a tube tv let alone anything bigger than a pocket game with crap games.

1.5v 600mAh DC battery powering a 120v 200W AC circuit. Yep, completely realistic!

What a failure of an attempt at a fake. Why don't you try something in your own league such as faking a moving coin by using magnets?

Also don't tell me that this was just a joke and that I should take it lightly. You've wasted 2 minutes and 10 seconds of my life that I could have been designing a real circuit that would actually power household AC devices from a 1.5v DC source.

Wow. That guy is an IDIOT.

"ZOMG Guys. Look! If You cut a usb cord, and hook the black wire through a hole in a mouse, and then TAPE it (with NON electrical tape), and then jam the other end of the usb cord into the wiimotes expansion slot. It will be a mouse."

Watch his wiimote mouse video.

Since when, does pluging a usb cord into a wiimote, work?

If thats correct, I could then, get a USB MALE and USB Female dual cord, Plug the wiimote into the MALE end. And the nunchuk into the female end, and get a longer Nunchuk cable.

LAWL.

This is as bad as Infinite Solutions... At least Mark has a semi-cool, 80s computer show style intro.

And looking at another silly video site, apparently Chuck Norris does not blend.

Holy. Crap. If that guy is for real, he gets my vote for the stupidest person on planet Earth. "Its called 'electrical tape' because it conducts electricity." Uh, no.

I don't see what the big deal is if it doesn't actually work. At least its somewhat entertaining. No need to bash him for that.

Everyone here is missing the point, its a joke site. Its making fun of hardware hacking or something, he is clearly playing a joke on whoever thinks this is for real.

Come on, the youtube replies are priceless. Even some of the replies here are. :P.

Yeah, but the thing about Mark's show is that it's believeable if you're just a simple n00b, whereas you'd have to be a total retard to believe this other guy's stuff...

...which is great, because these YouTube comments are hilarious!

I actually find his videos quite funny. :P

Also, powering the TV off an AAA battery could be possible using an inverter, but I wouldn't expect it to last for longer than a couple seconds.
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...

Just found the household hackers videos yesterday....

It annoys me that people out there will be wasting their time possibly ruining electronic equipment from these videos. There are better pranks to pull. :/
