First time porting a hack here. It's a guitar from a thrift store hacked with USB game controller guts to be used with the PC guitar hero clone Frets on Fire. What do you guys think?
It is called a NESp. Just say pNES, you'll know why it is NESp. --vskid

Oh sorry didn't look. I thought it was a link to the guy that made that guitar hero elmo guitar. Looks pretty sweet. Once more sorry.hack124x768 wrote:Old? I just finished it this morning. If you mean the idea, well geez, I still see people making portable NES systems. it still can be cool to see a new way of doing something.jeroen wrote:This is very old .

It isn't as long as a real one, but it is about an inch and a half think, so it is easy to hold. And the neck buttons are about the same size as the real one, just a bit closer together. It actually feels pretty good, but I do need to do a bit more work on the flipper. My younger brother is a good bit better at FoF than I am, and it is bugging him that there is so much play and not much contact feedback.gamemasterAS wrote:
It looks like a really small controller isn't it hard to play with ?
No problem, these guitars are pretty common, So go figure someone else has done something similar.jeroen wrote:Oh sorry didn't look.
