Someone did that to my white Eastsheen 4x4x4, I ended up balancing the core on a CD on a paper cup and reassembling it. It still works!

My friend's black Eastsheen 5x5x5 also exploded, so I reassembled his also (without the CD-paper cup balance). Good fun!

It depends on if I use my white DIY 3x3x3 or my black sanded Rubik's 3x3x3. The only time I timed myself was while I was on the bus using my Rubik's brand one, and it was around 1:30. I haven't timed my Eastsheen 2x2x2 times but I assume they are pretty fast, since they are easy.

Pic related, it's my cubes, before the Cubesmith stickers

I have been thinking about learning petrus since all i have at the moment is the 3x3x3 and the 2x2x2

my 3x3x3 time is 48 seconds on a diy and 50 on a sanded rubiks. My 2x2x2 time is 16 seconds.

I have heard Petrus is useful, you should definitely learn it.

Sometimes, life isn't fair, but you just have to work around it.

My workstation (a double bedroom basically, I just use exclusively as a computer and project room) will be redesigned and mostly rebuilt after I finish my existing PlayStation project.

I just got a massive 28" computer monitor, georgeous, native resolution 1920 x 1200; stunning! Like watching tennis, looking from one side of the screen to the other

I am going to incorporate a custom made cabinet to take 3 x computers, printer and scanner unit, build more storage; have a big clear-out and get everything tidy again. I will post pics when done.

After that, I will build my N64 and Retro Duo systems.

Modest, yes, but in my opinion, its the most creative thing anyones ever done with a old closet door, sawhorses, and 15 minutes :P
Cheers,

What is a "double bedroom", as my regional dialect does not have that term?

Not a proper workspace but this is where I do everything except soldering. If I need to solder I go out on the back porch and solder on a table.

EDIT: Linked for the stupid people with low resolutions and dial up.

Sorry for the slightly blurry pictures.(I'll have better ones tomorrow when my cam is fully charged.) Anyways, Check my my new freshly made workstation that me and my dad made today. (And pictures of the shelf I got for Christmas).

Here's my new work bench. It's nice and big so I can have space to do my projects:

Better quality pic of shelf taken a few weeks ago: http://s156.photobucket.com/albums/t29/ ... CT0047.jpg

I'll post a video later showing it off a little more. And showing a extra feature this workstation has.

I've got an enormous workspace, unfortunately I haven't cleaned it in a year or so, so the useable workspace size is only 2x2ft.
