GameGear screen is digital, right. Composite is analog I think. Therefore, nope.

When in Japan with access to just about every system ever made and those that have yet to see international soil, gather your forces, and make the cool ones your own.

i did one day sit down and got composite in on my gamegear... but it needed to be resized and would be only usefull if i had a resizer from a tvtunner, witch i didnt want to do. mostly because i dont have a tvtunner or money!
yeah so theres a pin out for the g-g on gamesx and theres one called "TV tunner ?" or some thing like it. i put a composite line on it (could not locate a propper multi meter) and tryed a varyable risister, when i was about to give up, my thumb bridged two pins together (the copulate up one from the pin out, and the composite line) it acted like a resister and for a split second i saw the zelda logo on my gear. yeah when i realised how huge and boxed in the screen was i gave up and decied i needed i would just save up and get a psone screen

You mean this site. The problem is it only ouputs SCAT or what ever that signal is that the Euopenans have. You cant get PAL or NTSC, so you a little out of luck. I was kind of hoping to see if the PSone screen could be moded to work witht the GG so I can mod it to play SMS and GG games on a 5" screen, but I dont think the screen supports the input the GG can be modded to output.Nes Man wrote:Yea, the TV tuner is the only way to get video input on the screen, but there is a way to get Game Gear video signal to a tv...
