I just got a screenprinting kit!
In case you don't know, screenprinting is the process where you use a silk screen to print designs on fabrics, or paper and stuff.
In case you do know, how do I do it?! I'm using photo emulsion, and it seems really complicated. What's the activator for? How do I use it? How do I clean the screen!
And another thing, what should I make as my first shirt? I was thinking a Tetris piece, and then I thought I wanted my logo, (See my avatar) but I really don't know! Would the design from Jimmy Neutron's shirt be too... geeky? I also thought about video game sprites, but they need to be red blue or silver, because those are all the colors I have.

Who was it, you or Marshall, that made the "This shirt isn't from Abercrombie so I guess I'm not cool" design? You should make one of those.
Here's a tutorial:

Yeah that was me... I just don't want to break any copyright infringements... Or get beat up.
I have enough colors for a sprite from Galaga... Beam me up?

EDIT: Wow, great link! Thanks a lot!

yeah dude doing this just for one shirt is not really worth it, my family had a screenprinting business while I was growing up and going through the trouble of making a screen is really not worth just one shirt, now the system we used was a lot more complicated than what you have (im guessing, as you probably didnt spend $5000 on a printing machine) but I can tell you a few hints, use uv lights to burn your screens as the uv does a much better job than white lite, also as far as copyright goes it is a real simple thing, just change the font used for the copyrighted name, if you are wanting to do that "abercrombie" thing then all you have to is make enough of a change so that it is not just like the copyrighted material (we used to do this with bart simpson shirts and G&R shirts) We would change the skin tone of a character (bart) or the detailing (the cross from g&r's appitite for destruction) and that was enough to beat copyright infringement, as far as what you have for the abercrombie shirt, it is not a exact copy of any abercrombie copyrighted material so it should be ok and as you are not using the store's entire name then you are also in the clear.

Well, I guess it is a lot of work for one shirt, but I already have a screen. It came prebuilt, and I think it's pretty nice. (This is the first silkscreen I've ever seen, so I'm not really sure what "pretty nice" is, but oh well.)
